Technical Trainer

Our business unit Training operates internationally and provides a wide range of services for the automotive industry. We are currently looking for an experiences and passionate Technical Trainer based in Athens, Greece to deliver high-quality training programs for a premium automotive brand.

***Technical Trainer (Automotive) – Freelance (m/f/d) ***

Your role and scope of duties:

• Deliver engaging and hands-on technical training (including high-voltage training) to technicians, using a blend of classroom- and online-based teaching methods, as well as practical training

• Develop, adapt, and localize training concepts to meet specific market needs

• Review and edit training materials to ensure accuracy and clarity

• Ensure quality in training delivery

• Maintain high-quality standards in training delivery and evaluation

• Support the smooth operation of the training facility, including maintaining workshop equipment and training vehicles

Your qualifications:

• University degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical qualification

• Proven experience in delivering technical training in the automotive sector, ideally in a dealership environment

• Strong practical background in workshop operations (service, diagnostics, repair procedures, and automotive systems)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly

• Fluency in Greek and advanced proficiency in English or German (written and spoken)
