Tender Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY
:

The primary responsibility of the Tender Specialist is to take ownership of the end-to-end bid/ tender process and support the Tenders department with various administrative projects.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
:

• Administer the entire tender process, ensuring comprehensive, accurate, and timely submissions.
• Prepare technical, administrative, and economic documentation for assigned tenders.
• Monitor the progress of the tender process.
• Manage, prepare, place and monitor bids on all platforms (ESIDIS, I-SUPPLIES, COSMOONE etc).
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and consolidate all necessary information.
• Search for tenders to expand corporate activity.
• Keep up-to-date files and classification of documents related to tender procedures.
• Manage physical and digital archives within the area of responsibility.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to work well under deadlines and pressure
• Problem solving and communication skills.
• The ability to prioritize tasks and be able to manage several requirements and tasks simultaneously.
• Highly Energetic & Motivated

SPECIALIZED SKILLS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
:

• Experience related to public tender bid management processes and familiarity with bidding/tenders' platforms (ESIDIS, I-Supplies, Cosmoone) will be considered an asset.
• University Degree will be considered an asset.
