Payroll Associate

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση μισθοδοσίας, εργατικής και ασφαλιστικής νομοθεσίας.
  • Ενημέρωση πληροφοριακού συστήματος ΕΡΓΑΝΗ και υποβολή των σχετικών εντύπων (προσλήψεις, αποχωρήσεις, άδειες, ασθένειες, προγράμματα εργασίας, μεταβολές).
  • Έκδοση και αποστολή ΑΠΔ, υποβολή των απαραίτητων δικαιολογητικών προς τους αρμόδιους φορείς.
  • Διαχείριση ψηφιακής κάρτας εργασίας, καταγραφή ωραρίων και παρακολούθηση παρουσιών σύμφωνα με την εργατική νομοθεσία.
  • Συλλογή και αρχειοθέτηση όλων των απαραίτητων εντύπων και εγγράφων που αφορούν νέες προσλήψεις και υφιστάμενους εργαζόμενους.
  • Καταχώρηση και συντήρηση των δεδομένων των εργαζομένων στο πρόγραμμα μισθοδοσίας και τακτική ενημέρωση των φυσικών και ηλεκτρονικών αρχείων τους.
  • Υποστήριξη σε λογιστικές εργασίες της Οικονομικής Διεύθυνσης

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Οικονομικών ή Λογιστικής. Εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχο ρόλο θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης και απεικόνισης καταχωρήσεων παραστατικών σε συστήματα ERP.
  • Άριστη γνώση εργαλείων MS Office, με έμφαση στο Excel.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών, τόσο στον γραπτό όσο και στον προφορικό λόγο.
  • Επιθυμητή η γνώση της πλατφόρμας Epsilon Net.
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία 1-2 ετών σε οργανωμένο λογιστήριο θα εκτιμηθεί θετικά.
