We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition and HR Associate to join our team. This role combines responsibility for end-to-end recruitment with HR administration support, ensuring smooth people operations across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-orientated, and proactive with a passion for delivering an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage the full-cycle recruitment process

·       Partner with Executive team to understand vacancies requirements and define selection criteria

·       Draft and post engaging job description and advertisements across platforms

·       Maintain an active talent pipeline for future hiring needs

·       Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection and candidate communication

·       Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documentation and personal files

·       Support the onboarding and off boarding process (including probation and performance reviews)

·       Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and compliance

·       Handle HR related documentation including leave requests and payroll support

·       Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries and policies

·       Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies

Qualifications and Skills

·       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

·       Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken

·       Previous experience in recruitment and HR administration

·       Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

·       Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

·       Proficiency in MC Office

·       Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
