Service in Thessaloniki
You will be responsible to serve our guests during breakfast time and support various F&B proceedures, creating a personalized guest experience through meaningful interaction.

Requirements

  • You will be part of the F&B Team, taking guest orders and serving food and beverage items
  • Making all necessary preparation of food and beverages, cleaning & set-up to deliver the required service
  • Interacting with our guests in a highly professional yet unpretentious manner, playing your part in making their stay memorable
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges
  • Ensure 100% guest satisfaction levels
  • Lend a hand to not only guests but your colleagues and team alike - we've always been in it together
  • Take health and safety seriously and follow all health & safety standards, fire & security procedures, and ensure you're working in a safe manner at all times

Candidate profile:

  • Customer-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude
  • Eager to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way
  • Ability to perform under pressure and good time management skills
  • Relevant experience in a similar role at a 4-5* hotel
  • Competent F&B skills (service, barista)
  • Excellent use of the English language
