Responsibilities

As a
Field Service Technician
, you will be responsible for:

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of high-quality domestic appliances and commercial equipment.
  • Diagnosing and promptly resolving technical issues.
  • Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance for optimal performance.
  • Providing excellent customer service with clear explanations of the work performed.
  • Maintaining work records.
  • Collaborating with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
  • Continuously updating knowledge on product developments through training.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the
Field Service Technician
position should have:

  • A degree as an Electrician/Electrical Technician, as well as the required electrician/electrical technician license.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a similar role.
  • Good oral and written proficiency in the English language.
  • Good command of MS Office.
