, FoodTec's Premium Partner, is based in the city of Thessaloniki and is seeking a Professional Services Analyst for its Professional Services Team. The Professional Services team offers support on Menu changes and interface settings for our customers. Responsibilities involve onboarding new restaurants onto our software, training restaurant employees on how to use our POS, advising store owners on how they can improve their business using technology, and troubleshooting software problems. Responsibilities:

As a member of the Foodtec Professional Services Team, you will be responsible for day-to-day contact with new and existing Foodtec customers. As a Restaurant POS Analyst, your responsibilities include (and are not limited to):

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound client support emails and time-sensitive calls
  • Plan and execute software migration and remote maintenance project tasks for customers' information systems
  • Work with new customers on the initial and continuous training of new and existing features and functions
  • Work with customers who inquire about upgrades, new features, or seek to leverage email marketing, web ordering, and other key system enhancements to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Manage the discovery process for implementing the menu and its user interface.
  • Work closely with the department manager and other team members to schedule and manage work in a timely manner.
  • Provide problem-solving support to our customers.

Shift Hours: 13:00 - 21:30 (30-minute break included)

Requirements:

  • Excellent use of the English language
  • Must be able to work under pressure and project deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Any restaurant experience would be a big plus

Bonus Points for:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology
  • Experience with Point Of Sales (POS systems)
  • Experience in a help-desk environment
  • Marketing and Email Campaigns experience
