Ρόλος">Λειτουργία καταστήματος.Διασφάλιση της ομαλής λειτουργίας του καταστήματος, σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες του Ομίλου και του brand Παροχή άριστης εξυπηρέτησης πελατών, με στόχο υψηλά επίπεδα ικανοποίησης και δημιουργία σχέσης εμπιστοσύνης Σχεδιασμός ημερήσιου και εβδομαδιαίου προγράμματος και συντονισμός της ομάδας Εμπορική διαχείριση και σε βάθος γνώση του προϊόντος, με στόχο την ενίσχυση των πωλήσεων και την ανάπτυξη του καταστήματος Καθοδήγηση, αξιολόγηση, εκπαίδευση και παρακίνηση της ομάδας προς την επίτευξη στόχων Εφαρμογή visual merchandising και προσεγμένη παρουσίαση καταστήματος σύμφωνα με τις σεζόν και τις πολιτικές του brand Παρακολούθηση KPIs των πωλήσεων του καταστήματος Ταμειακή διαχείριση και καλή γνώση ERP συστημάτων Συντονισμός παραλαβών και οργάνωση αποθήκης Τι Ψάχνουμε Σε Εσένα2-5 χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας, εκ των οποίων 2 χρόνια σε θέση Store Manager Λιανικής (εμπειρία σε premium brands θα θεωρηθεί προσόν) Ισχυρές οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια. Ηγετικές ικανότητες και αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στη διαχείριση και ανάπτυξη ομάδας. Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά). Πολύ καλή χρήση MS Office και εξοικείωση με ERP συστήματα. Ικανότητα να διατηρεί θετικό εργασιακό περιβάλλον και να παρακινεί την ομάδα προς την επίτευξη στόχων. Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα ανάπτυξης πελατειακών σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης.
