Job Description
We are seeking a
Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representative
to support our subscribers with their inquiries and technical issues. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service through multiple channels (chat, email, phone), ensuring a smooth and enjoyable streaming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line customer support in
Swedish
(and English when needed). - Assist users with account setup, billing queries, and troubleshooting streaming issues.
- Handle requests via phone, chat, and email professionally and efficiently.
- Escalate technical issues to relevant departments when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
- Fluent in Swedish
(native or near-native level). - Good command of
English
(written and spoken). - Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Availability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- EU citizenship or existing right to work in Greece (no visa sponsorship available).
