Αρμοδιότητες

  • Υποστηρίζει άμεσα τον Διευθύνοντα Σύμβουλο στη διαχείριση καθημερινών θεμάτων και στρατηγικών πρωτοβουλιών.
  • Διαχειρίζεται το ημερολόγιο, προγραμματίζει και παρακολουθεί κρίσιμες συναντήσεις και deadlines.
  • Συντονίζει projects και αναλαμβάνει follow-up ενεργειών με τις αντίστοιχες ομάδες.
  • Συντονίζει και επιμελείται την προετοιμασία αναφορών, παρουσιάσεων και εταιρικών εγγράφων προς τη Διοίκηση.
  • Συμμετέχει σε meetings, τηρεί πρακτικά και παρακολουθεί την υλοποίηση αποφάσεων.
  • Διαχειρίζεται εσωτερική και εξωτερική επικοινωνία του CEO με στελέχη, συνεργάτες και πελάτες.
  • Χειρίζεται εμπιστευτικές πληροφορίες με απόλυτη εχεμύθεια.
  • Οργανώνει ταξίδια, επισκέψεις και εταιρικές εκδηλώσεις, εξασφαλίζοντας άρτια προετοιμασία.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές πεδίο.
  • Επαγγελματική εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών ως Executive Assistant / Assistant to CEO ή σε ανώτερη διοικητική υποστήριξη.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office, ERP/CRM συστημάτων και εργαλείων συνεργασίας και οργάνωσης σε ψηφιακό περιβάλλον (π.χ. Teams, Asana, Notion)
  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά).
  • Ικανότητα σύνταξης και παρουσίασης επαγγελματικών αναφορών.
  • Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές ικανότητες και διαχείριση χρόνου.
  • Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας με στελέχη υψηλού επιπέδου.
  • Υψηλό αίσθημα ευθύνης, συνέπεια, επαγγελματισμός και ακεραιότητα.
  • Επιθυμητά Προσόντα
  • Μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές σε Διοίκηση ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Γνώση δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας.
  • Εμπειρία σε δυναμικό/πολυεθνικό περιβάλλον ή σε έργα στρατηγικής διοίκησης.
