Executive Legal & Strategic Assistant

Ο/H Executive Legal & Strategic Assistant θα λειτουργεί ως εμπιστευτικός συνεργάτης του μετόχου. Το στέλεχος θα αναλάβει μεταξύ άλλων τις παρακάτω αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση και οργάνωση της ατζέντας και των επαγγελματικών υποχρεώσεων του μετόχου
  • Συνεργασία με λογιστές, νομικούς, συμβολαιογράφους, μηχανικούς και διευθυντικά στελέχη
  • Παροχή νομικών γνωμοδοτήσεων
  • Προκαταρκτικός έλεγχος συμβάσεων, συμφωνητικών και εταιρικών εγγράφων
  • Υποστήριξη σε θέματα εταιρικής διακυβέρνησης & εταιρικού δικαίου εν γένει
  • Παρακολούθηση και ενημέρωση νομοθεσίας & νομολογίας
  • Παρακολούθηση επιχειρηματικών projects και σύνθεση ενημερωτικών σημειωμάτων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Νομικής (δεν απαιτείται άδεια ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος)
  • Επιθυμητή η προϋπηρεσία 3+ ετών σε θέση executive assistant, νομικού συμβούλου σε ζητήματα εταιρικού, τραπεζικού δικαίου.
  • Άριστη χρήση ψηφιακών εργαλείων
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
  • Αναλυτική και συνδυαστική σκέψη
  • Διακριτικότητα, εχεμύθεια και επαγγελματισμός
