Περιγραφή Θέσης

Η εταιρεία ΣΟΥΡΩΤΗ Α.Ε , που βρίσκεται στην περιοχή της Ανατολικής Θεσσαλονίκης, αναζητά Στέλεχος υποστήριξη Διοίκησης. Εάν διαθέτετε οργανωτικότητακαι άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, στείλτε το βιογραφικό σας

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Οργάνωση, συντονισμός και διαχείριση του προγράμματος της ΓενικήςΔιεύθυνσης
  • Ανάληψη και διαχείριση ειδικών projects, μεέμφαση στη διατήρηση αυστηρών προθεσμιών και της ποιότητας της εργασίας.
  • Προγραμματισμός και συντονισμός συναντήσεων,τηλεδιασκέψεων και επαγγελματικών ταξιδιών.
  • Διαχείριση αλληλογραφίας και εμπιστευτικώνεγγράφων της Διοίκησης
  • Σχεδιασμός και προετοιμασία εταιρικώνπαρουσιάσεων, επιστολών και αναφορών για την υποστήριξη της διοίκησης
  • Εξειδικευμένη μετάφραση εγγράφων, παρουσιάσεων,συμβολαίων και εταιρικών αναφορών, με έμφαση στην ακρίβεια και τη διατήρηση τηςποιότητας περιεχομένου σε Αγγλικά και Ρωσικά
  • Διαχείριση και αρχειοθέτηση φυσικών και ψηφιακών καιΔιοικητικών εγγράφων, διατηρώντας τα αρχεία ενημερωμένα και προσβάσιμα.
  • Υποστήριξη στην προετοιμασία εταιρικώνεκδηλώσεων, καθώς και συντονισμός με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα για την ομαλή διεκπεραίωσήτους..
  • Συνεργασία και συντονισμός των τμημάτων τηςεταιρείας για την εξασφάλιση ομαλής ροής εργασιών που ανατίθενται από τηνΔιοίκηση , με υποβολή αναφορών.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου:

  • Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής (προφορικά και γραπτά).
  • Θα εκτιμηθεί η γνώση της Ρωσικής γλώσσας (προφορικάκαι γραπτά).
  • Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ / ΑΕΙ, κατά προτίμηση σε ΔιοίκησηΕπιχειρήσεων, Διεθνών και Ευρωπαϊκών σπουδών, Μεταφραστών ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2-3 ετών σε παρόμοια θέσηΔιοικητικής υποστήριξης.
  • Άριστες οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακέςδεξιότητες.
  • Ικανότητα ταυτόχρονης διαχείρισης πολλαπλώνεργασιών.
  • Ευχέρεια στη χρήση MS Office (Word, Excel,PowerPoint).
  • Ευχέρεια στη χρήση ψηφιακών εργαλείων έργων (Asana)
  • Ευελιξία στο ωράριο εργασίας, μεπροσαρμοστικότητα στις ανάγκες της διοίκησης και τη δυνατότητα διαχείρισηςαυξημένων φορτίων εργασίας.
  • Επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά, υψηλό επίπεδοεχεμύθειας και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
