Strategy, Risk & Transactions (SR&T) is an end-to-end strategic advisory practice, enabling our C-suite clients to make informed, robust decisions and strategic choices. It integrates the full scale of Deloitte's M&A capabilities, consolidates Climate & Sustainability advisory capabilities, and tightens the connection between strategy development and risk management to assist clients with navigating uncertainty and change.

Strategy & Business design (S&BD)
is Deloitte's strategy advisory practice, partnering with leading global companies and public organizations to drive growth in critical areas. Our focus includes Market Sensing, Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Business Design, Growth Strategy, Commercial Excellence and Pricing. We work closely with senior leaders, including CEOs and business unit heads, to navigate significant transitions and achieve their strategic goals and we embed analytics and dashboard as standard enablers and provide our clients with toolkits to realize their ambitions. In Life Sciences and Healthcare, we serve almost all the leading Life Sciences and Healthcare organizations on a broad range of complex strategy engagements.

#AboutYourRole

As a Consultant in our S&BD Life Science & Health Care team, you will engage with senior executives in the life sciences and healthcare industry, to develop innovative strategies and transformation plans that address their most pressing challenges.

Typically, our Life Sciences and Health Care projects are centered around five topics:

1. Pricing, Evidence and (market) access
2. (Commercial) strategy design and execution
3. Research and Development
4. Market Research and Analytics
5. Policy to strategy, assessing the strategic implications of global, regional and local policies

Your responsibilities will include:

• Work with (senior) project members to develop hypotheses and work out plans that address project objectives, typically to support clients in determining their strategies and defining the right set of initiatives and projects to execute these strategies effectively.
• Engaging in high-quality discussions with clients, demonstrating creativity and knowledge in pharma, MedTech, health economics, market access and pricing.
• Gather and analyze relevant information via stakeholder interviews, data analysis, benchmarking information and translate those into valuable insights.
• Utilizing strong analytical and modelling skills to develop insightful analyses that inform client decision-making
• Creation of sections and/or entire reports, presentations, workshops, and other client deliverables.
• Communicate analysis and recommendations in both written and oral communication with internal and client stakeholders.
• Actively participate in business development and thought leadership activities to support the growth of our Life Sciences and Health Care practice and enhance our industry footprint.

We embed analytics and dashboard as standard enablers and provide our clients with toolkits to realize their ambitions.

#OurRequirements

Passion and knowledge and understanding of the Life Sciences and/or health care industry; first experience in the sector or knowledge of market access strategies, health economics modeling and pricing frameworks is a huge plus.

• Master's degree or MBA
  in Business or Economics or a master's degree in scientific, medical, health economics.
• Strong
  analytical
  and
  problem-solving skills
  .
• Excellent
  communication skills,
  with the ability to present complex ideas to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in spoken/written
  English
  .
• Proficiency with
  Microsoft office
  : Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Any experience in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry is a plus, so is an innate drive and enthusiasm to work for some of world's largest Life Sciences and Healthcare clients
