We are looking for a
CRM Full Stack Developer
in
Thessaloniki
. You will have the chance to participate in important international projects, working on the Salesforce platform and its products. You will focus on designing, implementing and delivering complex applications, carrying out actively and responsibly your project-related activities. Acting with progressively increasing autonomy within multi-functional teams, you will be responsible for the quality of your work and its alignment with the clients' priorities, targets, and needs.

For a full coverage of your role, you ought to be able to:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web solutions on Salesforce Platform and other Cloud Applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and deliver business-oriented functionalities.

• Ensure code quality through best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, sharing ideas and progress clearly.

• Single out possible issues and come up with the ideal solutions and proposals related to the project and swiftly share them with the rest of the team.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, proposing improvements and optimizations.

Key Qualifications

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor/master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or in similar technical-scientific disciplines.

• Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in Object-Oriented programming with languages such as Java, C#, or Python.

• Strong skills in web frontend development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS). Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, ) is a plus.

• Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL.

• Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control (Git), automated testing, and Agile methodologies.

• English proficiency.

• Proactivity, genuine enthusiasm and curiosity, teamwork attitude.

Bonus Qualifications

• Cloud Computing fundamentals.

• Experience with CRM systems or enterprise software solutions.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• System Integrations and Communication Protocols such as HTTP, JSON, API, WS, SOAP, REST, XML.
