We're looking for an
FP&A and Group Reporting Analyst
to join our team in Thessaloniki as we continue to grow in Greece and beyond. If you enjoy working with data, collaborating across teams, and turning insights into actions that drive performance, this role is a great fit.

What you'll do


• Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.


• Conduct variance analysis and turn findings into clear, actionable insights.


• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and group reporting packs.


• Create management reports and dashboards, and present key insights through clear, visually engaging slides.


• Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements and oversee necessary accounting adjustments and reconciliations.


• Maintain and update the group's cash flow plan and assist with working capital monitoring.


• Manage the allocation and reporting of head office costs, intercompany charges, and pre-opening expenses across entities and projects.


• Work with auditors to complete statutory audits.


• Collaborate with relevant teams to prepare data for ESG performance measurement, monitor progress against sustainability targets, and support ongoing reporting initiatives.
