We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven
Sales Manager
to initially lead the commercial strategy for a Highly Exclusive Private Estate, one of the most prestigious properties on the iconic Santorini caldera.

This role is the first step toward a broader leadership position, encompassing sales oversight for the entire group's portfolio, including sister properties and future expansion projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Strategy & Execution: Design and independently drive a comprehensive global sales strategy to maximize revenue, occupancy, and premium brand positioning.
  • High-Value Buyouts: Focus intensely on securing estate villa Buyouts and premium long-stays.
  • Target Market Penetration: Lead strategic sales efforts in priority markets, ideally in UK, US, Switzerland, and the Middle East.
  • Segment Focus: Aggressively target and secure business from Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals, special occasions (elite weddings), and corporate retreats.
  • Revenue Generation: Directly manage and exceed ambitious sales targets, with compensation structured to reward a significant percentage of incremental sales growth.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Over 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality sales
  • Deep, Active Relationships: Possess an established and active network of high-yield travel designers, UHNW concierges, and key contacts within the Virtuoso/Signature networks and premium DMCs.
  • Experience: Over 5+ years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality sales. Marketing experience is a strong asset.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in ultra-luxury sales, ideally within the top-tier of the hospitality sector (e.g., Aman, One&Only, Four Seasons, Rosewood, or comparable luxury private villa companies/boutique DMCs).
  • Buyout Expertise: Specific, proven experience in successfully selling unique property Buyouts at the Euro 10,000+ per day price point.
  • Mindset: An ambitious, independent, and entrepreneurial candidate who is ready to take ownership and create spectacular commercial success.
