Position: Beauty Adviser
Description:
Are you passionate about the beauty industry and excited to provide exceptional customer service? We are looking for a Beauty Adviser to join a global leader in the cosmetics sector. In this role, you will provide personalized beauty advice to customers via phone, email, live chat, and webforms, ensuring an outstanding service experience for the Greek market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage consumer requests, including inquiries and complaints.
- Provide tailored beauty and product advice in a timely, professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
- Native-level Greek and fluency in English.
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service and/or the cosmetics sector is a plus.
- Basic IT skills and ability to use reporting tools.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule.
