Η εταιρεία VRAYKOS δραστηριοποιείται τα τελευταία 35 έτη στην μελέτη και την κατασκευή ολοκληρωμένων εγκαταστάσεων διαχείρισης πρώτων υλών σε βιομηχανικές μονάδες παραγωγής.

Εξειδικεύεται σε συστήματα που αφορούν την παραλαβή, αποθήκευση, ανάμιξη, ζύγιση, δοσομέτρηση, μηχανική και πνευματική μεταφορά πρώτων υλών όπως επίσης και σε συστήματα βιομηχανικού αυτοματισμού. Η εταιρεία είναι πρωτοπόρος στον τομέα του Bulk Handling και Process Engineering, αναλαμβάνοντας έργα σε διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένες εταιρείες στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό.

Η εταιρεία βρίσκεται σε στάδιο συνεχούς ανάπτυξης και αναζητά να καλύψει την θέση του ''Μηχανικού Παραγωγής'' , στο εργοστάσιο της στην Ριτσώνα .

Αγγελία: Μηχανικός Παραγωγής

Καθήκοντα:

  • Οργάνωση, επίβλεψη και συντονισμός της καθημερινής παραγωγικής διαδικασίας.

  • Επίβλεψη & υποστήριξη της διαδικασίας κατασκευής σύμφωνα με το Κατασκευαστικά σχέδια.

  • Τροφοδοσία της παραγωγής με Ά ύλες για την κατασκευή μηχανημάτων κατόπιν παραγγελιών.

  • Επίλυση τεχνικών προβλημάτων και πρόληψη καθυστερήσεων στην παραγωγή.

  • Καθημερινή καταγραφή των παραγωγικών ωρών για το τεχνικό προσωπικό, μέσω συστήματος ERP της Entersoft.

  • Σύνταξη εβδομαδιαίου προγράμματος παραγωγής.

  • Έλεγχος κόστους μέσω του συστήματος ERP και τήρηση των χρονοδιαγραμμάτων

  • Προετοιμασία & Έλεγχος Παραγόμενων Μηχανημάτων για αποστολή προς τα Εργοτάξια.

  • Επικοινωνεί αποτελεσματικά με την ομάδα μελετών του έργου, τους εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες και τους προμηθευτές

  • Τηρεί και διασφαλίζει την τήρηση των διαδικασιών της Vraykos, ειδικά της διαδικασίας κατασκευής και του σχεδίου ποιοτικού ελέγχου.

  • Συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα (Προμηθειών, Πωλήσεων, Project Manager, Μηχανικού) για την ομαλή εκτέλεση των παραγγελιών.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Δίπλωμα Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού ή Μηχανικού Παραγωγής.

  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 1-3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση στον κλάδο της βιομηχανίας ή της επεξεργασίας μετάλλων.

  • Απαραίτητη γνώση μηχανολογικού σχεδίου και ικανότητα χρήσης σχεδιαστικών εργαλείων πχ. AutoCAD, SolidWork.

  • Εξοικείωση με προδιαγραφές και κανονισμούς για την κατασκευή μηχανημάτων διαχείρησης πρώτων υλών για την βιομηχανία τροφίμων

  • Άριστες οργανωτικές, ηγετικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών και χρήσης υπολογιστών.

  • Επιθυμητή η γνώση διαχείρισης συστημάτων ERP και κατά προτίμηση της Entersoft.
