Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a System and Solutions Engineer within the product team at MCOMS, based in Athens. The role involves a combination of in-office work and some work from home. The System and Solutions Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including technology assessment, consulting with clients, presales activities, finding and proposing novel technical approaches to improve products and services. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Technical consulting and/or presales experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience as system engineer with demonstrable knowledge of networking, linux systems, physical and virtual compute infrastructure (preferably xen platform)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with a proactive approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the hospitality or related industries is a plus
