We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Systems Engineer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for hardware replacement, troubleshooting, and systems support, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to client SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

·      Perform on-site system interventions, including hardware replacement and troubleshooting for servers, storage, and network equipment.

·      Handle service tickets through the company's ticketing system; perform accurate documentation and reporting.

·      Troubleshoot operating system errors (Windows/Linux), RAID issues, and network connectivity problems.

·      Collaborate with internal and vendor support teams to ensure issue resolution and client satisfaction.

·      Safely lift and handle equipment up to 50 pounds (≈23 kg) as required.

·      Maintain professional conduct at client sites, adhering to all Corporate policies and client security standards.

Required Qualifications

·      Valid driving license (Category B) – mandatory.

·      Good command of English (spoken and written)

·      Proven experience in hardware replacement (HDD/SSD, RAM, power supplies, fans, network cards, motherboards).

·      General understanding of server hardware and RAID configurations.

·      Basic knowledge of storage and networking concepts (e.g., LUNs, SFPs, cable types).

·      Familiarity with ticketing systems and service reporting.

·      Ability to work independently and responsibly in client environments.

·      Willingness to travel within Attica and occasionally to other regions.

·      Availability for standby rotation (on-call duties).

·      Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

·      Experience with IBM, Dell, or HP server hardware.

·      Knowledge of NetApp and IBM storage systems.

·      Exposure to VMware/Hyper-V environments or backup solutions.
