We are currently looking for aSales Department Associate, specializing inpublic tenders, offers, and contract management, to join our growing team in Athens.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and identify relevant public tenders aligned with the company's product portfolioPrepare and submit comprehensive tender dossiers and proposals for the private sectorTracking progress of ongoing tenders - Draft, submit, and follow up on objections or appeals in cooperation with the legal teamManage and oversee procurement contracts and related documentationRequired Qualifications:Fluency in English language (both written and oral)Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)Fluency in the National Electronic Public Procurement System (ESIDIS)Previous experience in a similar role (> 2 years)Desired Skills & Personal Attributes:Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesA team-oriented mindset with a proactive approachPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of medical devices and consumables will be considered an assetWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation packageA modern, positive, and collaborative work environmentContinuous training and development opportunitiesProspects for career advancement within a growing company
