Ο Στέλεχος Προμηθειών θα συνδυάσει τη μηχανολογική του αντίληψη με δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και οργάνωσης, προκειμένου να εξασφαλίσει ένα βελτιστοποιημένο πρόγραμμα εφοδιασμού και να οικοδομήσει ισχυρές σχέσεις με τους προμηθευτές. Θα είναι υπεύθυνος για τη γεφύρωση των αναγκών των Πωλήσεων με τη σωστή τροφοδοσία του Αποθέματος της Αποθήκης.

Καθήκοντα

  • Συμμετέχει στις προμήθειες υλικών παραγωγής, εμπορικών ανταλλακτικών και άλλων αναγκών εφοδιασμού της εταιρείας.
  • Συντονίζεται με άλλα τμήματα ώστε να διασφαλίζει την έγκαιρη και ακριβή προμήθεια υλικών βάσει των επιχειρησιακών απαιτήσεων.
  • Παρακολουθεί τις αναφορές απόδοσης πωλήσεων για να διατηρεί ενήμερη επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές και να προβλέπει ανάγκες ανατροφοδότησης.
  • Διατηρεί τακτική επαφή με προμηθευτές για τη διασφάλιση της ορθής εκτέλεσης των παραγγελιών και των έγκαιρων παραδόσεων.
  • Ενημερώνει και διατηρεί οργανωμένα τα αρχεία προμηθευτών και τα στατιστικά στοιχεία των προμηθειών.
  • Παρακολουθεί τα στοιχεία κόστους προϊόντων και συνδράμει στην προετοιμασία τιμολογιακών προτάσεων σε συνεργασία με τα Τμήματα Εμπορικού και Τεχνικού.
  • Διατήρηση τιμοκαταλόγων προμηθευτών και πωλήσεων
  • Συνεργασία με παραγωγή και διατήρηση ΒΟΜ
  • Ενημερώνει τον Επόπτη Αποθήκης για τις επερχόμενες παραλαβές και προσφορές, σύμφωνα με τις συμφωνίες με τους προμηθευτές.
  • Διαβιβάζει τα έντυπα παραγγελίας του τμήματος στο λογιστήριο για τη διευκόλυνση πληρωμών προς προμηθευτές.
  • Εγγυάται την εμπιστευτικότητα και την ορθή διαχείριση των ευαίσθητων και ιδιόκτητων πληροφοριών της εταιρείας.

Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού
  • Άριστη γνώση Ιταλικής γλώσσας και προαιρετική η γνώση της αγγλικής.
  • 2+ έτη σχετικής εμπειρίας
  • Εξαιρετική γνώση Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)
  • Επιθυμητή εμπειρία σε πωλήσεις και διαπραγματεύσεις
