Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end travel management services to corporate clients, including booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel-related services.
  • Advise clients on travel policies and the best travel options that align with their corporate goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trend and airline regulations.
  • Handle travel-related issues and changes quickly and efficiently, offering alternative solutions when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business or corporate travel management.
  • Experience in GDS (Global Distribution Systems) and online booking platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in English is an asset.
