Τα έργα αφορούν υπηρεσίες IT Vendor Management που αφορούν τη στρατηγική, διοικητική και λειτουργική διαχείριση των σχέσεων με προμηθευτές και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες (τρίτα μέρη), με στόχο την αποδοτικότητα, τη συμμόρφωση, τη διαχείριση κινδύνων και τη βελτίωση συνεργασιών.

Requirements

Θέσεις – Ρόλοι

IT Vendor Management Lead | Καθοδηγεί τη στρατηγική διαχείριση σχέσεων με τρίτα μέρη. Εξασφαλίζει τη συμμόρφωση, την αποδοτικότητα και τη διαχείριση κινδύνων.

IT Vendor Management Manager | Υπεύθυνος για την καθημερινή αλληλεπίδραση με προμηθευτές, την παρακολούθηση απόδοσης, τη συμμόρφωση με συμβάσεις και την επίλυση προβλημάτων.

IT Vendor Management Consultant | Παρέχει συμβουλευτική υποστήριξη και προτάσεις βελτίωσης για τη διαχείριση προμηθευτών, συμβάσεων και κινδύνων. Αναλύει διαδικασίες και εντοπίζει κενά.

Ενδεικτικές Δραστηριότητες/ αρμοδιότητες:

  • Ανάπτυξη στρατηγικής σχέσεων με προμηθευτές και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες.
  • Καθορισμός κριτηρίων και διαδικασιών για την αξιολόγηση και επιλογή κατάλληλων προμηθευτών.
  • Παρακολούθηση επιδόσεων μέσω KPIs & SLAs για διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τις συμβάσεις.
  • Διερεύνηση προβλημάτων και διενέξεων με προμηθευτές και λήψη μέτρων για τη βελτίωση των σχέσεων και την διαχείριση κρίσεων.
  • Εφαρμογή πολιτικών διαχείρισης κινδύνων και συμβάσεων.
  • Διαπραγμάτευση, δημιουργία και παρακολούθηση συμβάσεων με προμηθευτές
  • Ανάλυση και αναφορά στοιχείων απόδοσης για λήψη αποφάσεων.
