ROLE OVERVIEW:
Responsible for managing suppliers of materials and services essential for the Store Opening process, both in Greece and internationally, ensuring the efficient delivery of all goods and services within optimal cost, quality, and time parameters.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Identifying and establishing relationships with new suppliers of finishing materials and architecture studios
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the suppliers directory
• Establish performance metrics for evaluating supplier reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Prepare cost and expenditure analyses
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements
• Present procurement performance metrics
• Direct the development of materials availability strategies for new store openings
• Oversee optimal material stock levels
• Collaborate with store opening Project Managers to align procurement timelines with construction schedules
• Serve as the procurement department's representative in cross-functional meetings
• Coordinate with finance, operations, and store development teams
• Ensure alignment between procurement activities and broader organizational goals
• Facilitate communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of experience in working in a similar position in offerings (scope: preparation of offers, own valuation, acquisition, and analysis of offers from subcontractors and suppliers, preparation of cost estimates)
• Knowledge of MS Office - especially Excel
• Good knowledge of the local construction and architectural market
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
• Very good organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Very good command of English
• Driver's license
