Its Greek subsidiary, VIPA Hellas, is headquartered in Thessaloniki (G&G Office Complex, Mediterranean Cosmos area) and employs more than 300 people in Greece, achieving constant dynamic growth in both operations and manpower. We would like to hire a professional who will be working for the Japan area, and with a working schedule of 5:00 - 13:00.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare documentation for the delivery of goods and communicate with logistics companies

Communication with suppliers and clients across Japan

Handle import and export procedures

In charge of Data Entry and Electronic Document Management

Collaborating with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Competencies

Degree in Logistics or Business Administration

Preferably 2 years of experience in the Logistics Sector

Excellent knowledge of English

Excellent knowledge of Japanese

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Customer-centric approach

Critical thinking skills

Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
