We are looking to hire a Logistics Associate - Japanese speaking Based in Thessaloniki| Ref: JAP - 0625 About VIPA VIPA is a European multinational company, based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with a leading position in the global recycling and recovered material trading sectors. Its Greek subsidiary, VIPA Hellas, is headquartered in Thessaloniki (G&G Office Complex, Mediterranean Cosmos area) and employs more than 300 people in Greece, achieving constant dynamic growth in both operations and manpower. We would like to hire a professional who will be working for the Japan area, and with a working schedule of 5:00 - 13:00. Why VIPA? Key Duties & Responsibilities Prepare documentation for the delivery of goods and communicate with logistics companiesCommunication with suppliers and clients across JapanHandle import and export proceduresIn charge of Data Entry and Electronic Document ManagementCollaborating with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications & Competencies Degree in Logistics or Business AdministrationPreferably 2 years of experience in the Logistics SectorExcellent knowledge of EnglishExcellent knowledge of JapaneseVery good knowledge of Microsoft OfficeCustomer-centric approachCritical thinking skillsAbility to perform under pressure and deadlines What we offer Private health insuranceCorporate equipmentContinuous training  and opportunities for professional and personal developmentHybrid work model - working from home for some days of the weekExcellent working conditions in a multinational environment
