Overview
Terra Robotics, an innovative Agri-Tech startup based in Thessaloniki, Greece, is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Founders' Associate (Operations & Marketing)
to join our growing team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the business while driving our marketing activities to support growth.
As the right hand to the founding team, you will manage a diverse set of responsibilities — from coordinating projects and handling business administration, to executing marketing campaigns and strengthening our brand presence. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in both operations and marketing, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
Operations & Founder Support (40–50%)
- Manage and prioritize the founders' schedules, communications, and follow-ups
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives
- Prepare reports, research, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Support investor relations, fundraising materials, and partner communications
- Handle day-to-day operational and business administration tasks, including: Vendor and supplier coordination, Expense tracking, invoicing, and light bookkeeping support, HR administration (contracts, onboarding, payroll coordination with accountant), Office management and remote team logistics, Ensuring compliance with company processes and procedures
Marketing Execution (50–60%)
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, content, and paid channels if applicable)
- Write and publish high-quality content (blog posts, newsletters, case studies, LinkedIn updates)
- Manage social media accounts and build community engagement
- Coordinate with freelancers, agencies, and partners (designers, copywriters, marketing specialists)
- Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional experience in marketing, operations, or hybrid roles (startup experience preferred)
- Proven track record of executing marketing campaigns and managing business operations
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
- Proficiency with digital tools such as Notion, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, or equivalent platforms
- Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new systems and processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with shifting priorities
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
