Logistics/Operations Associate - French speaking

Based in Thessaloniki | Ref: USF - 0625

Its Greek subsidiary, VIPA Hellas, is headquartered in Thessaloniki (G&G Office Complex, Mediterranean Cosmos area) and employs more than 300 people in Greece, achieving constant dynamic growth in both operations and manpower. We are looking for a professional with solid experience in the field, that will be working on a shift of 18:00-02:00. We are looking for professionals who are based mainly in Thessaloniki.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handling imports and exports procedures (sea or/and land transportation)

  • Daily communication with transportation companies to ensure proper handling of shipments

  • Communication with suppliers and clients regarding Logistics issues

  • In charge of Data Entry and Electronic Document Management

  • Collaborating with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction


Qualifications & Competencies

  • Degree in Logistics or Business Administration

  • Previous experience in the shipping industry or transportation is necessary

  • Excellent knowledge of English and French

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Customer-centric approach

  • Critical thinking skills

  • Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
