Περιγραφή Ρόλου:

Ως Account Executive θα είσαι υπεύθυνος/η για τη διαχείριση πελατών από την πρώτη επαφή μέχρι και την ολοκλήρωση της υπόθεσης. Ο ρόλος απαιτεί ικανότητα αυτονομίας, επίλυσης προβλημάτων και άνεσης με εργαλεία τεχνολογίας.

Καθήκοντα:
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες μέσω Aircall, email & συστημάτων της εταιρείας
  • Επίλυση εκκρεμοτήτων και συντονισμός αιτήσεων προς τον ΕΦΚΑ
  • Οργάνωση εγγράφων και φακέλων στο Google Drive, ψηφιοποίηση φακέλων
  • Συνεργασία με την υπόλοιπη ομάδα μέσω Slack και Asana
  • Κατανόηση και χαρτογράφηση σύνθετων "customer journeys"
  • Υποστήριξη σε projects βελτιστοποίησης διαδικασιών
Προφίλ Υποψηφίου/ας:
  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ / ΤΕΙ (ιδανικά σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικά, Νομικά, Κοινωνικές Επιστήμες)
  • 1–3 έτη εμπειρίας ή πρακτική άσκηση σε customer success / account management / client service
  • Άνεση στη χρήση Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Excel
  • Πολύ καλή χρήση ελληνικής (γραπτά & προφορικά)
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης και θέση προτεραιoτήτων, υπευθυνότητα (ownership) , προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
    Νοοτροπία "can do" – δοκιμάζεις λύσεις, είσαι προορατική/ος.
