Purpose

To inform the medical community within assigned territory on products, devices and disease management in order to achieve business objectives,

increase product awareness, answer queries, provide advice, introduce new products and increase share of voice on Chiesi brand and products.

The incumbent should follow and align with Chiesi's Code of Conduct while building strong customer relations.

Main Responsibilities

1.Communicate with the medical community within the assigned area in order to pass knowledge on product characteristics

2.Address doctors' concerns to make the maximum benefit for the patient and those around the patient, involve company's resources when appropriate

3.Increase awareness in specific treatments to ensure patient's adherence to cure in collaborations with MSL 

4.Inform doctors in assigned area on product indications and adverse reactions; win new customers, as well as developing long-term relationships with existing ones

5.Implementation of multichannel customer engagement plans that creates a positive customer experience (CX)

6.Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations

7.Implementation of territorial tactical plans based on company's strategy while also exploring new opportunities. Enrichment of his/her knowledge on competition and share information respectively

8.Keep up to date with, anticipate potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapt plans accordingly

9.Support Shared valued culture within Chiesi and works actively towards a social and environmental responsible footprint of the company

Education

Preferably a degree in Health Sciences or Chemistry.

Experience 

in Sales is considered a plus (approx 3 years).

Languages

Proficient use of English (oral and writing).

Technical Skills

- Action Planning, with self-motivation

- Ability to interpret and present clinical data with impact and influence
