Your Responsibilities- Build and maintain excellent relationships with Dutch-speaking clients by understanding their needs and expectations.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely, professional assistance.
- Document and track client interactions accurately to ensure effective service delivery.
- Work with clients to identify potential areas for improvement and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.
- Engage in continuous learning to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and products.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written); knowledge of English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
- Experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an empathetic mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized with effective time management skills.
- A strong desire to deliver exceptional client service and exceed expectations.
