French Speaking Client Relations Specialist

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer a position for a **French Speaking Client Relations Specialist**. In this role, you will become an integral part of our team, providing exceptional support to our French-speaking clients and ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
Your expertise in client relations and your ability to communicate fluently in French will be essential in building and maintaining strong relationships. You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with French-speaking clients.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and manage their needs with professionalism.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate client records.
- Proactively identify and address client needs to improve the overall experience.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on products and services.
- Fluency in French (spoken and written); knowledge of English is beneficial. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Experience in client relations or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client concerns.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic about helping clients and contributing to their success.
