In addition, the company has completed significant projects in hotels, public spaces, office buildings, and restaurants. Beyond its global network of representatives, Papadatos also maintains three flagship stores located in Athens, St. Petersburg, and Shanghai.

Papadatos S.A. is currently looking for a
B2B Customer Support
for the exports department

The new team member will be based at the company's headquarters on
Tatoiou Avenue in Acharnes.

Responsibilities

  • Daily communication with international B2B clients and sales agents in English.
  • Order entry and tracking of export orders using ERP.
  • Issuing and sending commercial offers to wholesale clients.
  • Following up with clients for order confirmation and outstanding payments.
  • Forwarding approved orders to the production department.
  • Reading and understanding financial documents (e.g., customer accounts, invoices).
  • Acting as a liaison between the sales agent and the production team to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to resolve client inquiries or issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records, timelines, and data related to export orders.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Economics, or related field (University or Technical Institute).
  • Previous work experience in a relevant role.
  • Strong organizational and structured thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Good understanding of how businesses operate – a "business mindset".
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (any experience is a plus).
