About the role:

As the
e-Mobility Engineer
, you will play a pivotal role in the development of the e-Mobility market. The role involves guiding clients and internal teams to ward optimal solutions, while fostering a performance-driven culture that delivers high-quality results in line with KAFKAS' standards for exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to identify and assess their technical needs
• Provide expert support on specifications for EV charging projects
• Develop technical proposals and conduct cost-benefit analyses
• Offer ongoing technical support to clients and partners

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Commercial awareness with strategic and analytical thinking
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
• Previous experience in the field will be considered a strong asset
• High levels of self-motivation and initiative
• Solid decision-making abilities and a strong grasp of technical concepts
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
