We are looking for a Flower Shop Assistant to join our Retail team

Key Accountabilities

• Assist with the daily operations of the Flower Shop, including receiving, caring for, and maintaining flowers.

• Participate in the creation of floral arrangements.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace and tools.

• Provide customer service, such as welcoming guests, offering basic guidance on flower selections, and packaging orders.

• Support the preparation of events.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of flowers, plants, and their care.

• Creativity and a good eye for aesthetics.

• Attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to learn and develop more advanced floristry techniques.
