Administrative & Operations Assistant
to join us
Responsibilities
- Communicate with stores and clients regarding event requests.
- Collaborate with the production team to manage and fulfill orders.
- Liaise with the external ERP partner to ensure smooth operations and process improvements.
- Organize and coordinate deliveries, whether collected from stores or prepared at the workshop.
- Perform ERP entries and invoicing when necessary.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of all requests and orders.
- Use ERP for daily operations, with a strong focus on reporting and analysis.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the Area Manager to ensure operational alignment.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in administrative support roles.
- Proven experience with ERP systems, ideally Soft1.
- Excellent command of MS Excel and very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to create, analyze, and interpret reports.
- Strong multitasking skills with accuracy and consistency.
- Comfortable working in a small-to-medium enterprise environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Responsibility, proactivity, and ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
- Eagerness to learn and improve processes.
