Office Administrator – Production, Costing & Warehouse Support

Location: Acharnes (L. Ionia), Athens | Full-time, Monday–Friday

CHEMCE S.A. (TSOLAKOS-FLEXOSIGN), a leading company in the graphic arts sector with 55 years of experience as the exclusive representative of the world's top manufacturers of materials and raw materials for the graphic arts industry, is looking to hire an Office Administrator
to support the company's
Production – Costing – Warehouse Department
at its central facilities in Acharnes.

Responsibilities

  • Importing invoices / delivery notes from suppliers into the system & forwarding signed CMR / delivery notes
  • Monitoring deliveries and import shipments
  • Product costing (production & trade items)
  • Supporting the production process with internal documentation and consumables
  • Preparing export documentation
  • Assisting with warehouse inventory processes in collaboration with the warehouse team


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Production, Economics, Accounting or related field (AEI/TEI)
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
  • Experience with CRM / ERP systems (Softone preferred)
  • Very good knowledge of English (written & spoken)
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage timelines and perform well under pressure
  • Organizational skills, reliability, and consistency
  • Experience in business correspondence
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
