on behalf of its client, a company specializing in information technology, is seeking to recruit a highly motivated
Front Desk Receptionist.

Location:
*Marousi


Working Model:
On site, Monday to Friday,*
08:30-17:00 (30' break included)


Contract:
permanent contract
What you will do:**

  • Greet and welcome visitors
  • Answer, screen, forward incoming phone calls and manage communications (emails, faxes)
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and assist with internal/external events
  • Manage shipments and receipts of internal and external mail (courier, post)
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Assist with scheduling occupational health and safety visits
  • Provide general administrative support and maintain files (physical and digital)

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant studies
  • Proven work experience in office related/administrative roles
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Fluent in English language (oral and written)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Team player, enthusiastic and positive personality
