You have a challenging mission for:

You will be responsible for crafting and executing internal communication plans that keep our employees informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals. You'll play a key part in building a transparent, consistent, and human-centric workplace culture.

What will you do:

  • Develop and implement internal communication plans and campaigns that support organizational objectives and people's needs
  • Write, edit, and distribute internal content including newsletters, company announcements, leadership updates, and intranet posts
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and department heads to share updates, drive employee engagement initiatives, and build open communication channels
  • Manage internal communication channels such as newsletter, emails, intranet, and town halls
  • Combine the support of management initiatives through clear, consistent messaging and the employees' needs for clear and transparent communication
  • Build internal employer branding and ensure consistency across all internal content

It would be great if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in internal or corporate communications
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in Greek and English
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging messages
  • Experience working with digital communication tools
  • Positive thinker with strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced or global work environment.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement strategies or organizational psychology.
  • Background in employer branding or culture communications.
