Ogram is a fast-growing, international staffing company revolutionising the way businesses hire and manage talent. Operating across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Greece, we work with some of the biggest names in the industry such as DHL, Pull & Bear, Hilton, Marriott, UPs, AB Vassilopoulos, and many more.
We are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Athens, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of an innovative startup, gain hands-on experience in HR and recruitment, and work in an international environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the candidate pipeline for our clients by reviewing, screening, and coordinating applicants.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies for talent attraction and branding.
- Assist in executing recruitment and engagement strategies that enhance candidate experience.
- Help maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Team-player mindset with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Any previous experience in HR, recruitment, or marketing is a plus - but not mandatory.
