Supply Chain & Customer Services Supervisor

,με έδρα τα κεντρικά γραφεία στα Σπάτα

Η εταιρία αναζητά έμπειρο/η Υπεύθυνο/η Logistics για να οργανώσει και να βελτιστοποιήσει τις εφοδιαστικές μας διαδικασίες. Ο/η ιδανικός/ή υποψήφιος/α θα συνδυάζει τεχνικές γνώσεις στον τομέα των logistics με ηγετικές ικανότητες, εξασφαλίζοντας την αποδοτική, οικονομική και έγκαιρη διανομή των προϊόντων.

Θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τον συντονισμό των αποθηκών μας, για το refill των καταστημάτων και της εξυπηρέτησης των πελατών του eshop, ενώ θα ηγείται μιας ομάδας με στόχο την υψηλή απόδοση και συνεργασία.

Customer Services Supervisor

με ισχυρή εμπειρία σε
logistics & κέντρα διανομής

, που θα έχει την ευθύνη για την εύρυθμη λειτουργία της ομάδας εξυπηρέτησης πελατών, καθώς και τη διασύνδεση με τα operations, διασφαλίζοντας ότι οι παραγγελίες εκτελούνται με ακρίβεια, ταχύτητα και υψηλό επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Επίβλεψη, καθοδήγηση και ανάπτυξη της ομάδας Customer Service.
  • Διασφάλιση της άμεσης και αποτελεσματικής επικοινωνίας με πελάτες και συνεργάτες.
  • Παρακολούθηση και βελτίωση των διαδικασιών παραγγελιοληψίας, εκτέλεσης και διανομής.
  • Διαχείριση θεμάτων και κλιμακώσεων σχετικών με παραγγελίες, αποστολές και επιστροφές.
  • Συνεργασία με logistics team & distribution centers για την άρτια εκτέλεση των ροών.
  • Παρακολούθηση KPIs (SLA,χρόνος απόκρισης, customer satisfaction).
  • Σύνταξη reports και εισήγηση προτάσεων για τη βελτίωση της εμπειρίας πελάτη και της αποτελεσματικότητας.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 3–5 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση Supervisor / Team Leader σε Customer Service.
  • Ισχυρή εμπειρία σε logistics, κέντρα διανομής & 3PL συνεργασίες.
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στη διαχείριση ομάδας.
  • Εξαιρετική οργανωτική ικανότητα και προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση πελάτη.
  • Γνώση εργαλείων WMS, ERP και MS Office.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

Προϋπηρεσία σε retail / e-commerce περιβάλλον.

Εμπειρία σε έργα βελτιστοποίησης διαδικασιών ή αυτοματισμών.

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου

Απαιτήσεις Θέσης / Προσόντα:


•Προϋπηρεσία (3-5 έτη) σε logistics/Eshop, supply chain ή operations management


•Γνώση διαχείρισης αποθεμάτων, μεταφορών, αποθηκών και εργασιών Eshop


•Εμπειρία σε ERP συστήματα, ιδανικά WMS


•Δυνατότητα ανάλυσης δεδομένων και reporting
