We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team in
Airfreight Pricing & Sales

Key Responsibilities
:

-Respond to export/import rate inquiries from internal teams, international agents and customers

-Request and negotiate rates with airlines and overseas partners

-Prepare and send customized offers to partners

-Collaborate with operations, invoicing, and booking teams to ensure seamless coordination

-Maintain and update pricing data in the ERP system

-Communicate proactively with airlines, agents, and local partners

-Troubleshoot pricing issues and recommend best solutions

Requirements
:

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive shipments

Strong communication and organizational skills

Previous experience in air freight forwarding is a strong advantage

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Solid understanding of airport operations, IATA regulations, and customs clearance procedures

Interpersonal skills — communication, influencing, and relationship management across teams

Fluency in English (written and spoken)
