Υπάλληλος Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών
εξασφαλίζεις τον συντονισμό των καθημερινών λειτουργιών, την παρακολούθηση κρίσιμων συστημάτων και την άμεση απόκριση σε τεχνικά αιτήματα.

  • Παρακολούθηση real-time λειτουργιών και απομακρυσμένων συστημάτων μέσω dashboard και monitoring platforms
  • Καταγραφή και διαχείριση περιστατικών μέσω ticketing tools
  • Πρώτο επίπεδο τεχνικής υποστήριξης σε συνεργασία με τεχνικά και IT τμήματα
  • Συντονισμός βαρδιών και επικοινωνία με εξωτερικούς παρόχους/συνεργεία
  • Διασφάλιση επιχειρησιακής συνέχειας σε 24/7 περιβάλλον λειτουργίας

Τι αναζητάμε:

Αναζητάμε ένα δυναμικό συνδυασμό τεχνικών προσόντων και δεξιοτήτων. Βασικά στοιχεία επιτυχίας στο ρόλο είναι η ικανότητα διαχείρισης περιστατικών υπό πίεση, ο επαγγελματισμός και το πάθος για τη τεχνολογία.

  • Απολυτήριο Λυκείου
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε helpdesk, call center, operations ή control room
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας σε κυλιόμενο ωράριο (συμπεριλαμβανομένων βραδινών και Σαββατοκύριακων βαρδιών)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας

Επιθυμητά προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Πληροφορικής, Τηλεπικοινωνιών, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή παρεμφερή τομέα
  • Εμπειρία σε περιβάλλοντα με real-time απαιτήσεις (π.χ. τηλεπικοινωνίες, μεταφορές, 24/7 λειτουργίες)
  • Εξοικείωση με εργαλεία ERP, CRM, Power BI, Excel, Jira, Zendesk κ.λπ.
  • Ικανότητα multitasking και διαχείρισης περιστατικών υπό πίεση
  • Ενσυναίσθηση, επαγγελματισμός και ικανότητα σαφούς επικοινωνίας
  • Ενδιαφέρον για smart mobility, καινοτομία και τεχνολογία
