Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for an
Accounting Officer
to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Record and maintain accounting entries in SAP/VIM systems.
  • Support business units with invoice approvals and any invoice-related inquiries.
  • Assist in supplier account reconciliations.
  • Communicate with suppliers to clarify and resolve invoicing or payment issues.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Vocational Training Institute / Technological Educational Institute / University).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and VAT.
  • Familiarity with SAP will be considered an asset.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
