Η θέση: Instructional Designer

Αναζητάμε στέλεχος για την κάλυψης της θέσης
Instructional Designer (
E-learning) για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας στο τμήμα "Ανάπτυξης μαθημάτων και εκπαίδευσης" της εταιρείας.

Ρόλος – Αρμοδιότητες

  • Ανάπτυξη διαδραστικών μαθημάτων σε μορφή SCORM, χρησιμοποιώντας σύγχρονα authoring εργαλεία
  • Σχεδίαση και ανάπτυξη μαθημάτων στο Moodle LMS, με έμφαση στη βελτιστοποίηση της εμπειρίας του χρήστη
  • Συμμετοχή σε έργα ανάπτυξης εκπαιδευτικών λύσεων για μεγάλους οργανισμούς και φορείς

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

  • Επαγγελματική εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε ανάπτυξη εκπαιδευτικού υλικού
  • Εμπειρία στο Articulate 360 Storyline και Vyond (ή άλλα σχετικά εργαλεία όπως Canva, PowToon, VideoScribe, Visme)
  • Τουλάχιστον 2 έτη εμπειρίας στη σχεδίαση μαθημάτων στο Moodle LMS
  • Εμπειρία (2+ έτη) σε εργαλεία επεξεργασίας εικόνας, βίντεο και ήχου
  • Καλή γνώση χρήσης authoring εργαλείων, εργαλείων e-learning και τεχνικών gamification
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας σε ομαδικό περιβάλλον, με καλή επικοινωνία και συνέπεια στην τήρηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων
  • Προσανατολισμός στη λεπτομέρεια και στην ποιότητα
