Υπάλληλος Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών - Customer Service Agent

Μια τυπική ημέρα στην εργασία περιλαμβάνει:

  • Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
  • Συστημική διαχείριση προσφορών και παραγγελιών
  • Follow up προσφορών

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

  • Απαραίτητη η προϋπηρεσία σε τμήμα After Sales
  • Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία σε πωλήσεις ή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
  • Ευελιξία στο ωράριο εργασίας
  • Επιθυμητή γνώση χρήσης ERP
