International Freight Forwarder Role Overview

This position plays a vital role in coordinating and optimizing import operations from Italy to Greece.

As an experienced Freight Forwarder, you will collaborate with partners, carriers, and clients to ensure smooth end-to-end processes while contributing to the growth of our international logistics network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end import processes from Italy to Greece.
  • Manage and oversee international road freight loadings from Italy.
  • Negotiate with carriers, agents, and suppliers to secure cost-efficient solutions.
  • Prepare, review, and manage all import documentation.
  • Monitor shipments proactively and resolve potential issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align logistics operations with business needs.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in freight forwarding and imports.
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
  • Solid knowledge of customs procedures and import regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Greek; Italian is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems.
