Job Title: Contract Logistics Manager

Job Description

The role of a Contract Logistics Manager involves overseeing and developing newly established client operations. The position requires end-to-end responsibility for warehouse and distribution processes, as well as daily client relationship management.

Depending on business growth, additional client operations may be assigned in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary interface with clients to ensure seamless execution of services.
  • Manage and supervise warehouse operations dedicated to clients.
  • Coordinate and monitor transport and distribution activities.
  • Ensure service levels, KPIs, and contractual commitments are achieved.
  • Negotiate with clients and suppliers to optimize performance and costs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across assigned operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Engineering background (Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering) will be considered a strong asset.
  • Proven experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of warehouses and distribution processes.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in both English and Greek.
