Αναζητούμε Service Coordinator - Flying Doctor για την ομάδα μας στον Ασπρόπυργο που θα στελεχώσει το τμήμα Aftersales.

  • Reporting to Head of After Sales

Καθήκοντα του Ρόλου

  • Τεχνική υποστήριξη του Truck & Bus Network καθώς και τεχνική υποστήριξη του Marine & Power Network (off-site & on-site).
  • Τεχνική και μη τεχνική εκπαίδευση για Trucks & Buses καθώς και Marine & Power engines.
  • Διασφάλιση της τήρησης των κανονισμών/διαδικασιών για το τμήμα εγγυήσεων και παρακολούθηση των δεικτών (KPI's).
  • Διασφάλιση της τήρησης των κανονισμών/διαδικασιών το τμήμα των ανακλήσεων και παρακολούθηση των δεικτών (KPI's).
  • Χειρισμός τεχνικών ζητημάτων εταιρικών πελατών (key account customers) και τελικών πελατών.
  • Διαχείριση/προγραμματισμός της υπηρεσίας υποστήριξης σε περίπτωση βλάβης - ΜΑΝ Mobile24.
  • Οργάνωση/Υποστήριξη του δικτύου συνεργατών στα συστήματα After Sales.

Requirements

Απαιτήσεις Ρόλου

  • Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ Σχολής Μηχανολόγων Μηχανικών ή αντίστοιχου εκπαιδευτικού ιδρύματος του εξωτερικού
  • Γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ (MS Office, Excel)
  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών σε παρόμοια θέση στον κλάδο οχημάτων
  • Επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες
  • Αξιοπιστία, συνέπεια και οργανωτικές ικανότητες
  • Πνεύμα πελατοκεντρικής προσέγγισης
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας & Επιθυμητή γνώση της Γερμανικής γλώσσας
